PRE PACKED DÉCOR BOXES
These are pre packed boxes well suited for Investors, Landlords and Developers.
Our décor boxes take the hassle away of sourcing products, choosing colour schemes and putting it all together.
We can guarantee that the price of our décor boxes will beat the overall price (including your time) you would pay if you went it alone.
There are neutral colour schemes that can be applied to any space and will also appeal to a wider spectrum of potential clients.
Our packs are graded from 3 Star up to 5 Star depending on your budget. All are of good quality.
You have the option of having the pack installed by an
experienced Interior Designer where the contents will be placed in the right groupings and places to best suit the space. Or simply just a purchase.
A 3 Star Pack will contain the following:
Lounge
Large Canvas . Cushions x 4 . Coffee Table décor . Vase & Flower
Plant for Kitchen / Vase and Flower . Pebbles x2 pack
Bedroom
Small canvas . Cushions x2 . Vase & Flower . Bedside lamp .
Bedding: Pillows and duvet . Throw . Duvet cover, pillow cases and sheet
Bathroom
Set of towels . Vase and flower . Pebbles
Dressing Service
One of our Interior Designers will visit you at your property and view the property as a potential viewer would, noting and assessing the presentation. We will then give you a response as to what we have seen from a viewers perspective.
You have the option of either using our décor box scheme, working with the existing contents or creating something of bespoke quality.
After this we will advise you on how to present the property for a faster sale/rental including advice on layout and style. After the consultation you will then be provided with a quotation for a dressing day, accessories and any de cluttering or cleaning that we may recommend.
Photographs can be provided on disc upon request. Digital walk throughs are also available, this is the newest and most up to date form of presenting your property details to prospective viewers.
Declutter service with our “Bugs Scheme”
By decluttering it will help you remove unwanted personal possessions and clear space. Our BUGS Scheme consists of four bins - Buying, Using, Giving, Selling that helps you sort through your clutter to decide what is to stay and what is to go.
We can advise you on time required but you can decide on the quantity of time you purchase. We can leave you with a hit list and advice on starting things off or finishing off if you wish.
Inventory Service
To take the stress away from the monotonous task of putting your inventory together we can provide this service.
After we have finished dressing your property, we can then provide a detailed inventory of its contents including photographs. This service is also available on its own with no dressing.
